Role

Role & Responsibilities

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of a high-performing Pre-Construction team. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting senior consultants, mastering client interactions, and gradually taking ownership of the sales process. You will directly contribute to business growth, building confidence and preparing for a future leadership role.

Main tasks include

• Support Project Consultants with diary management and travel planning.
• Input project data into ERP systems for operational readiness.
• Maintain and improve key systems such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.
• Contribute meaningfully to team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Take ownership of delegated tasks and report progress daily.
• Actively contribute to the team's commercial strategy execution.
• Proactively work towards promotion to a full Consultant role.

Requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Confident communication skills (phone and email).
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
