Job Title: Sales Manager (Entry Level)

Salary: £32k basic, £40k with OTE

Our client is a leading manufacturer and provider of building controls, offering high-quality products and expert support for over 45 years.

Their innovative designs incorporate the latest technology for accuracy and reliability, and their products are relied upon in hospitals, schools and hotels to name a few!

Our client is now searching for enthusiastic graduates to join the team as Sales Managers! You don't need any prior experience, just enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and the competencies required of an entry-level seller.

Role:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Generating leads, making sales calls, closing deals, managing client accounts, attending industry events, preparing sales reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Full UK driving licence
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player, with the ability to work independently
