The Programme: This is a comprehensive training and development programme designed to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed in sales, even with no prior experience. You will gain crucial insights into the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, through structured learning and hands-on experience. The programme offers a clear progression path, supported by ongoing coaching and mentorship.

The package:

* £30k basic, with OTE taking your package higher

What You'll Be Doing: As a Sales Graduate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's business, with responsibilities including:

* Proactive Lead Generation: Identifying and engaging with decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses and prospects across various channels (phone, email, social media) to build relationships and generate qualified opportunities.

* Solution Presentation: Developing a thorough knowledge of our client's offerings and delivering persuasive presentations to showcase their value proposition to potential clients.

* Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and support customer satisfaction.

* Sales Cycle Management: Supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing new business deals and collaborating with internal teams for seamless onboarding.

* Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and actively managing your sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and resilient individuals with a strong desire to succeed:

* Degree Educated: A degree in any discipline.

* Bi-lingual Fluency in German: Native-level German, both spoken and written, is essential, alongside business-fluent English.

* Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confident in building rapport, with clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.

* Drive and Ambition: Highly motivated by targets and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage your day effectively, follow up diligently, and maintain a moving pipeline.

* Team Player: Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

* Full UK Driving Licence: Preferred for field-based activities.
