Location: Colchester (Onsite) Salary: £28,000 basic + £7,000 OTE

Are you a proactive, tech-savvy individual passionate about building relationships and driving business growth? Rapid, a company committed to enhancing the UK's engineering and manufacturing capability, is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Colchester!

By the end of 2025, Rapid aims to expand its offering from 100k to more than 300k products. As our initial ambassador, you will play a key role in shaping perceptions of Rapid and developing loyal customers. With a Trustpilot rating of 4.7, you'll be operating from a position of real strength in achieving this objective!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and segment prospects based on industry, company size, and product needs.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for our Business Development Managers and Technical Sales Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
