Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Fluency in German required)

Location: Frankfurt

Salary: €50k basic + €15k OTE

Role:

  • Generate new business opportunities using proactive outreach, lead generation and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Drive new business acquisition through phone calls, emails, social channels and your own creative methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the DACH region
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
  • provide a seamless client experience from prospecting to onboarding
  • Track and measure sales goals and metrics via the company's CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual fluency in German and English
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Ideally some background in sales or business development and familiarity with a CRM system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the easy ability to create rapport with others
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
