Sales Consultant (German Speaker)

Job description
- Conduct engaging outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads for our cloud ERP solution.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through phone and digital communication.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, effectively guiding prospects from initial interest to sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and develop targeted sales strategies to effectively position our product.
- Maintain accurate data within our CRM system (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot) and collaborate with the sales team.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including B2B campaigns, events, and webinar follow-ups.
- Manage smaller follow-up campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and ERP Consulting.
We're looking for you, if:
- You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to engage clients in value-added conversations.
- You have a proven ability to qualify leads and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- You are highly analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, and can make sound decisions independently.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, and possess a good understanding of technology.
- You are a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a competitive spirit and a collaborative work ethic.
- You have empathy and patience when addressing questions and objections.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ideally 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
