Role:

• To support the Sales Team on Quotations, Order Processing, Bids, Customer Enquiries, and general day to day business activities as required
• To support marketing and telesales campaigns in contacting existing customers as well as new opportunities
• To support the sales team in ensuring sales orders brought into the company are handled smoothly and ensure the customer is kept informed at all times.
• To support the sales team in attending marketing exhibitions and customer events.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexible, customer focused and self-motivated and team player
• Good presentational and persuasive skills both in person and over the phone.
