• Proven sales track record (ideally in New Build/Social Housing)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual/quarterly sales targets
• Develop & retain clients through consultative selling
• Lead generation (cold calling, site visits, networking)
• Present product range & deliver training to wholesale channels
• Manage customer expectations & ensure satisfaction
