Responsibilities:

  • Utilising professional call handling skills to provide a high-quality service to customers.
  • Promptly and professionally responding to emails and online enquiries in compliance with company standards.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer demands and ensuring they are completely recorded.
  • Identifying trends and gaps within the department, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement and training updates.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and support colleagues in delivering best-in-class service.

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills, including active listening, to build rapport easily and effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
