Job Title: Business Development Executive (Real Estate Tech)

(6 months of SDR experience required at least)

Location: Remote (with access to London)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + taking your package up to £50k +

With a team of over 200 forward-thinkers, they are live in 11 markets and scaling fast.

They are now looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join their ambitious sales team and play a key role in boosting performance by supporting lead acquisition, qualification, and nurturing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and analysing prospect lists to enable high-velocity outbound lead campaigns.
• Supporting the SDR and sales teams by implementing multi-channel cadences (using tools like Salesloft) to ensure all inbound leads are qualified and handled efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and up-to-date CRM, ensuring all data is sharp and actionable.

What We're Looking For:

• A self-driven, get-it-done mindset with a high-energy, enthusiastic attitude.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-oriented, analytical approach to processes.
• Ideally degree educated with a strong business background
• At least 6 months of SDR experience required
• Comfort with handling large data sets and transforming them into actionable CRM entries.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A passion for the startup environment and a strong team-player mentality.
• A keen interest in real estate, software, and new technologies like AI and Big Data.
