What you'll do:

• Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Become a product expert, mastering our diverse service offerings and effectively communicating their value.
• Collaborate with a supportive and high-achieving team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Consistently exceed targets and celebrate individual and team successes.
• Receive generous rewards and recognition for outstanding performance.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company, services, and competitive landscape.
• Proactively contact existing customers to promote additional products and services.
• Adhere to company quality guidelines and regulatory standards, including GDPR and data protection policies.
• Meet and exceed all sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, systems, and business processes.
• Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
• Complete accurate and timely reports, system updates, and CRM entries.
• Participate in shadowing opportunities with senior team members, accelerating your professional development - our current Head of Retention started in a similar entry-level role!
