Prior to attending the course delegates will need to :

  • Complete an individual styles questionnaire that will identify their preferred style

  • Develop the competence of your team through the use of the management toolkit 
  • Build a management cadence plan to drive performance and develop a high performing team

Delegates will create and share a cadence plan that includes management cadence activities
