We take a unique approach to sourcing, assessing and placing our graduates, creating the best possible foundation for your future sales career. Each of our graduates receives around 128 hours of accredited sales training.

Screening

The next step of the process is your competency-based telephone interview with one of our Graduate Management Team.

Assessment

If successful in your telephone interview, we will invite you to one of our many assessment centres, held every week around the UK.

Placement

We don’t set out to place you into just any graduate sales job. Our goal is to understand and match you to the very best role for YOU.

What will we teach you?

Pareto is the UK's leading sales training company. In 2016, we delivered training to over 15,000 sales professionals across the UK and US. For the graduates we place, this begins with a 5 day residential 'Sales Fundamentals' course and then leads to a number of further generic and bespoke courses in the first 6-9 months of your role.

If you're placed by Pareto, you'll be a trained, competent sales professional within just 9 months, which may go some way to explain why 93% of graduates remain in their role for at least the first year.
