Salary: £20k basic, with uncapped commission - taking your expected first year earnings up to £40k
About the Role:
Are you passionate about sales and eager to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are looking for a motivated Trainee Salesperson to join our vibrant team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ambition, energy, and a desire to learn the ropes of the sales industry from the ground up.
Our client is a huge name in the Tech wholesale and reseller space! With locations spanning the UK, Ireland and the US, they move on stock in excess of £20 million every quarter! They're growing in brand new verticals and marketplaces, which demands the addition of a brand new team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- A team player with a positive mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
