As a Senior Account Manager you will bring your expertise and become the go-to-person when identifying and strategising opportunities for business growth within a specified sector.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Become a customer facing representative of the business within your specialised industry
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry showcasing the benefits of the company offering and how it can help them solve their connectivity and business challenges
  • Attend major conferences, networking events and dates within the social calendar to drive new business
  • Work closely with Marketing, Network, CSM and the build teams to seek out and maximise all sales opportunities
  • Drive a vertical specific sales plan
  • Evaluate customer requirements and build business cases for your specific verticals needs and wants
  • Support management in contract development, customer negotiations and product enhancements


  • 3-4 years previous Sales Development experience (essential)
  • Prior experience of handling sales and client relationships
  • Ability to articulate ideas to a wide array of audiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
