Job Title: Sales Development Representative (German fluency to business level required)

Location: Leipzig, Germany

Salary: €38k basic salary (+ ~€40k OTE - taking your total potential salary up to €75k!)

The European leader in cybersecurity awareness, specialising in providing cutting-edge solutions for businesses, our client's innovative platform personalises training and drives real behavioural change, enhancing cybersecurity awareness of employees across all organisations in their customer base.

As a rapidly scaling SaaS ­­business (growing at +30% annually) they're looking to grow their international SDR Teams, across Germany, the UK, Portugal and Denmark.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the industry, ICP and competitor landscape
  • Utilising every medium made available to you - phone, email, SalesNav and more, deliver strong messaging to target clients
  • Once meetings have been booked, liaise closely with AEs to ensure a tailored journey for the prospect, and that business is ultimately won
  • Manage lead generation using a variety of channels, including broker websites, LinkedIn
  • Support and benefit from the mentorship of Senior members of the team as you grow with the business

Sales Development Representative Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of €38k
  • OTE taking your salary up to a €75k total

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Essential - you must have business fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ambitious and resilient
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
