Salary: £45k basic, £60k with OTE

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in our growth strategy by identifying and generating new business opportunities within the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling within the German-speaking market.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand target industries, company structures, and key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM system with accurate information, ensuring a healthy and robust sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging potential clients and converting leads into opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Key Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and social media platforms.
