Role:

  • Engage with customers throughout the renewal process, building relationships and understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with Teaching and Learning Consultants to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and discount levels to secure renewals
  • Work closely with other business teams to assess customer satisfaction and address concerns
  • Elevate the entire customer journey by coordinating meetings and calls with customers for the Teaching and Learning team
  • Share findings on renewal performance and customer trends with Subscription Managers

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy- proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise time effectively
