Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Baltic Apprenticeships, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Utilise the sales tech stack to identify and qualify leads, turning them into high quality prospects and genuine sales opportunities
  • Utilise social selling tactics on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential leads
  • Perform prospect outreach via calls, emails, social outreach and networking to book meetings with potential customers
  • Follow up and engage with prospects who have engage with the company via inbound marketing efforts
  • Effectively sell the value and benefits of apprenticeships for recruitment and workforce development
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with leads

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
