They're now looking for PMO Analysts to start with the business from their Manchester offices ASAP! This is a hybrid opportunity, and whilst initially contracted, there is serious potential for this to be turned into a permanent role.
Duties:
- Assist in project monitoring and reporting, such as project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate project performance and progress.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to key stakeholders regarding risks, issues, and milestones.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
- Coordinate project meetings, preparing materials, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established PMO processes, policies, and governance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and decision records.
- Assist in risk management processes by tracking risks and issues, facilitating resolution, and ensuring appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Support project audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have: 2 years working in a PMO or project related environment
- Must have: Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies and Microsoft Project
- Must have: Strong and proven ability to analyse project performance, interpret KPIs, and provide actionable insights
- Must have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and project teams
- Desirable: Industry experience within Telecoms, Media or Tech
- Desirable: PRINCE2, Foundation
