Marketing Assistant

Responsibility

What will you be responsible for:

This role supports marketing functions, promoting technical products and solutions. You'll assist in developing and executing strategies to increase product awareness and market share. You will also provide technical expertise to internal teams and clients, and support the sales team with various marketing and administrative tasks.

Specifically the activities will be:

Your responsibilities include contributing to marketing strategy development (content, brochures, case studies, articles); assisting in maintaining a corporate brand (templates, website updates, email campaigns); conducting market research; supporting exhibition and conference organization; identifying new markets and clients; building client relationships; preparing quotations and proposals; tracking key performance metrics; managing the CRM system; responding to client queries; acting as a primary point of contact for customers; building and maintaining a customer base; supporting the sales team with customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations; and performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Experience

What requirements are we looking for?

Experience in sales and/or marketing is desirable but not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive approach are key.

Requirements/Skills

What requirements are we looking for?

Essential requirements include a degree in Engineering and/or Sales and Marketing; proficiency in graphic design/editing software; self-motivation; initiative; IT literacy; and strong visual presentation skills. Desirable skills include commercial awareness.
