They are now looking for a number of Junior Consultants to join the business! You need to be a problem solver, with excellent communication and analytical skills. Ideally, you will possess a degree to a 2.1 standard, although this is not absolutely necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to produce well structured documentation within time limits using clear and concise language
• Able to present and deliver to a small group of people and respond to questions or facilitate two-way communication and dialogue
• Demonstrable ability to remain calm and assertive during challenging situations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage, plan and organise your own personal workload and communicate this to your line manager
• Understanding of basic office tooling such as MS Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Degree in any subject (2:1 minimum) is desirable but not essential

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get into project management or business analysis - candidates can expect exposure to some of the below courses and qualifications as they progress with the company and in the role:

• Axelos ITIL 4 Foundation, Axelos Prince2 Foundation, Axelos Prince 2 Practitioner, Axelos Prince 2 Agile Practitioner
• Professional Scrum Master
• BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, BCS Foundation Certificate in
• Requirements Engineering, BCS Foundation Certificate in Modelling Business Process, and BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis Practice.

You'll receive an initial starting salary of £24k + £3k bonus in the role - with further earning potential as you grow with the company.
