Junior Bid Manager

Location: London

Salary: £29,500 with bonus, basic salary £26,500

They're now looking for a Junior Bid Manager - with a proficiency in the Adobe suite, GCSEs in Maths and English, and an excellent work ethic, to join the business!

Package:

Responsibilities:

  • Support Bid Manager in developing high-quality bid documents using Adobe InDesign, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Manage bid templates, ensuring all material is kept up to date and easily accessible
  • Coordinate with the relevant consultancy teams and other key stakeholders to produce and format material
  • Work closely with relevant consultancy team / project lead on the submission of a tender to ensure that deadlines are met and all files are stored correctly
  • Proofread content for correction of grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors

Requirements:

  • A GCSE in Maths and English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Indesign and Adobe Pro
  • Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Good MS office skills - inc, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Personable, organised and self-motivated
  • Strong organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to deliver the highest priorities when time is short
  • A flexible working attitude with an appreciation that this isn't your usual 9 to 5 role; there will be times extra work is required to meet project deadlines
