Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Dusseldorf & Marktoberdorf, Germany

6-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: €40k-€44k pro-rata

Our Globally recognised client within the Tech Re-seller space is looking for two infrastructure engineers to come in on short-term, fixed term contracts initially, on hybrid working arrangements based out of Dusseldorf or Marktoberdorf.

Although initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, there is potential for the role to continue on after this initial contracted period.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure standardization and upgrades
• Comprehensive documentation of IT processes
• Collaboration with third-party contractors to ensure seamless integration and support
• Task management using Azure DevOps
• Agile team participation
• Onsite and remote user support, demonstrating effective communication with stakeholders both written and verbal
• Support infrastructure projects within a number of regions - including Austria

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Full bi-lingual fluency in English and German
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Adaptability in the face of new challenges and changing priorities
• Excellent security awareness - robust understanding of IT security principles and practices
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking and desktop support
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies
