Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Salary: 83k-87k CHF + uncapped commission

With a global reach that spans over nearly 10,000 cities across six continents, and a growing reach in the UK & Ireland, our client is currently searching for tenacious candidates, with some previous Sales experience, to join their team as Inbound Sales Representatives in Zurich!

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Maintain rigorous organisation and methodology with high-volume influx of daily leads, handling each lead comprehensively and systematically
- Understand the needs of clients, clearly explaining the company offering, services and values
- Guide customers from initial contact through to launch, providing personalised support and addressing their specific needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns
- Ensure a constant flow of new restaurant partners, offering an increasingly broad and diverse range of options
- Keep detailed records of activities, client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- At least 6 months previous sales experience in a B2B setting (essential)
- Fluency in German (preferably Swiss German) and English (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Capable working independently and proactively
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
