- Perform onsite and remote implementation tasks such as consulting, configuration, installation, training and go live support
- Consult with Project Management regarding operational considerations and configuration of systems to support customer requirements
- Identify and manage project scope, provide solutions for issues resulting in project scope change
- Gather site requirements, review and recommend operation design as it pertains to installation preparedness to Project Management
- Work with Project Management and Integration Team to ensure all applicable interfaces and integration components are scheduled and tested
- Own and complete all assigned projects such as customer training, configuration, hardware setup, and upgrades
- Educated to degree level
- Ideally you'll have some experience in the hospitality industry
- Commercial awareness
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
