Job Title: Graduate Scheme - Sales

Location: London

Salary: £30k basic + £5k OTE

One of Europe's largest suppliers of furniture, our client is part of a wider group of entities that support a variety of sustainably, tech-driven workplace adaptions - spanning a number of industries.

They're now looking for a number of ambitious candidates to join them on their graduate scheme!

Your first 6 months:

• Pareto Sales training
• Opportunity to be involved in projects from the start of the graduate training
• Learn about the commercial interior market through specific Tsunami training sessions and our online training portal
• Gain knowledge of technical and design specifications
• Learn and implement the full process from initial enquiry to product installation
• Participate in end client and project influencer networking events
• Gain exposure to end clients

Your next 18 months:

• Face-to-face client pitches, presentations, and meetings
• Prospecting
• Engagement throughout the sales cycle
• Hands-on experience with project strategy and implementation

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, confident in speaking to and opening up relationships with potential restaurant and store partners
• Comfortable in a target driven environment and competitive
• As comfortable working independently as you are in a team environment
• Whilst not essential, bi-lingual fluency in another language would be a bonus
