Role: Sales Executive (Bi-lingual - German Speaker)

Location: Munich - Hybrid opportunity, in office 2 days a week, remote for 3 days

Salary: €38k, with OTE taking your package up to €76k

The market leader in non-theatrical licencing, our client's central mission is to support companies in using world-class film and television entertainment, whilst ensuring that IP remains respected.

For more than 40 years, thousands of businesses have relied upon our client to ensure that they respect licensing agreements from Warner Bros, Walt Disney, New Line Cinema - we could go on.

They now require the addition of German speaking candidates to help deliver new business in key markets. Growing at significant pace - the company is looking to hire en masse over the next two months, there is plenty of opportunity to quickly progress in a lucrative career!

The Package:

  • €38k basic salary, with OTE taking your salary up to £76k in your first year

As a Sales Executive (German Speaker), you'll:

  • Act as a central part of the outbound sales team to support the company's growth
  • Secure licensing for public performance rights for businesses - educating them on the dangers without that licencing, and how acquiring rights can be of huge benefit
  • Explore various routes to connecting with prospects - over the phone, social selling and email - mixing cadences and approaches flexibly
  • This role offers clear progression into senior sales or management

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • You must speak German and English to full bi-lingual fluency
  • Adaptable, resilient and coachable
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
