Job Title: Customer Success Sales Representative
Salary: £27k basic + commission

They're now looking for an ambitious, customer-led candidate, with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, to continue to further relationships and build revenue with existing clients.

Customer Success Sales Representative Role:
- Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
- Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
- Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their services
- Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company's competitors and your customers
Customer Success Sales Representative Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
