Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £25-28k basic, plus bonus and company car/car allowance

Our client is a leading innovator in environmental monitoring solutions, serving the food and pharmaceutical distribution, and healthcare industries. They're experiencing rapid growth and looking for a number of talented individuals across a variety of roles, to join their expanding team.

Revamping their sales strategy, launching new marketing initiatives and setting ambitious targets for growth and acquisition, you'll be joining the business at a very exciting point of their development - they're investing in you to grow at the same pace!

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the products and services taken out - with your chief goals long term satisfaction and retention.

Customer Success Manager Package:

  • £25-28k basic salary

As an Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Ensure clients obtain maximum value from the products the company provides
  • Focus on Customer Success metrics - compliance scores, engagement levels and system health to take proactive steps when required
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers - manage a smooth transition from Account Managers from customer acquisition to customer care
  • Liaise with key contacts to design system configs and implementation - to ensure they align with customer goals and intentions
  • Support AMs in managing contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer - gather feedback, advocate for their interests, with the goal of satisfaction and retention in mind
  • Conduct regular check-ins for standard accounts and oversee escalation of inbound enquiries

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a Business, Communications or related field
  • A driving licence is required
  • Ideally you'll have previous experience in a sales or business development role, no matter how minor
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Able to build a thorough understanding of solutions and to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges
  • Strong understanding of customer success and best practice
  • Persuasive and confident, skilled in negotiation and closing deals
  • Passionate about customer success and committed to building lasting relationships
  • A team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams
