Business Development Representative

Location: Berlin

This opportunity is open to anyone with fluency in English - in Germany, the EU or the UK. If you are based outside of Germany, there will be a moving bonus offered to the successful candidate to get you settled in!

They are looking for driven candidates to join their Business Development team, forging long-term partnerships with clients!

Role:

  • Manage the entire sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new logos, as well as growing existing accounts
  • Run the full sales cycle, with responsibility for generating your own pipeline through prospecting customers
  • Analyse the performance of potential customers and learn how to identify potential for business improvement for them to achieve using the company offering
  • Act as the go-to-person for your region, providing regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure that customers meet their goals and identify potential cross-sell opportunities
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Some sales experience, and experience with the following tech stack components - Salesforce, Hubspot or Piepdrive
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • A true team player
