Salary: £32-35K, with OTE

A Healthcare institution that has been operating for over a century, our client is a globally recognised, established powerhouse within their industry. Despite this, they have the fresh agility of a recent start-up, and as such, are looking for energetic Business Development Managers to help manage business in local territories around the UK.

Business Development Manager Package:

The successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, they'll employ a consultative approach with their customers as the face and mouthpiece of the company's prestigious brand. You'll enjoy an autonomous role in which you decide your own progression based on your strengths and interests.

Business Development Manager Role:

• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and client base
• Undertake effective territory planning and preparation - adeptly determining when and which clients to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon
• Regularly speak to clients over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the wider product range
• Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
• Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients in order to further business generation

Business Development Manager:

• Educated to degree level, to a 2.1 degree level standard
• A full UK driving licence
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
• Confident with good presentation skills
• Driving licence preferred
• A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
