Salary: £26-29k basic, with profit share - salary increases throughout your first year

Our client is a premium manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Engineering materials, with a turnover in excess of £7.5 million. They're entering an exciting new phase of growth, and as part of that growth are looking for a Graduate to come in as a Business Development Executive!

Role:

• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
• Clearly present the company offering, service, values, products and projects to prospects and inspire them to partner with the business
• Visit client sites regularly, so that the company remains front of mind with clients
• Accurately navigate the company's CRM, Hubspot, when managing leads and tracking interactions
• Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outbound strategy and lead generation
• Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Proficiency in navigating CRMs, hubspot would be ideal
• Inquisitive, goal oriented, with an innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Capable working independently and proactively
• Resilient and highly organised
