The package:

  • £30,332 basic salary, with an additional £12k OTE taking your package higher in your first year

The Role

The business is now looking for 4 passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Account Managers as they enter an exciting period of growth. This is a high-volume outbound B2B sales role focused on upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its service offering and competitor landscape.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Operate within the company's quality guidelines.
  • Achieve all objectives agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • Develop a working knowledge of their products, systems, and business processes.
  • Create excellent working relationships across their colleague community.
  • Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies.
  • Complete all reports, system, and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Shadow senior members of the team with one eye on your own progression - the company's current head of retention was placed into an entry level role with no prior experience - there is room to grow and develop with the business!
