Job Title: Account Manager

Our client is the leading provider of software solutions for associations and school management, nonprofits, and K-12 schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, results-driven Customer Account Managers to join their team!

Role:

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the company, their solutions and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Attend events/conferences to maintain relationships with customers
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
  • This is role grants real autonomy and offers excellent scope for progression into more senior roles

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
