Account Executive

You must possess 3 years of Sales experience AND 2 years of hospitality experience to qualify for this role.

Role Overview: They've entered an exciting period of growth, which demands the addition of even more Account Executives! You'll be driving B2B sales initiatives and managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure - educating restaurants, cafes and more on the value of the revolutionary Point of Service Technology offered by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead B2B sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from identifying promising prospects to securing winning deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain a thriving sales pipeline through strategic networking and relationship building.
  • Deliver captivating product demonstrations that showcase the transformative impact of the company's solutions.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support that builds lasting customer loyalty and ensures complete satisfaction.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, championing customer needs and providing invaluable feedback to enhance our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience required
  • 2 years of experience within hospitality required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
