Our client is a forward-thinking tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing restaurant point-of-scale (POS) software.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are searching for ambitious, dynamic Account Executives to join their team!

Role:

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of the company, their solutions and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and provide valuable feedback
  • Manager the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • At least 3 years work experience in either customer-facing, hospitality role
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
